I think it's an 84-88 MY thing, I don't remember if the later generations were available with an either-or option.

It would be an $8-10k car pre Covid were it an automatic.
Saw these folks this afternoon at the burl shop up the road. They were 775 miles into their trip from LA to Anacortes, WA. About another 570 miles to go. He said he built the car and trailer - was proud of his rare 4 year only 60* flathead V8 from the '30s. I'm going to bet some of those speed parts are NLA.
Was just walking around on vacay and spotted an HHR SS Panel in a driveway I'm used to seeing house an overland-prepped FJ.
