Looks like a “real” kit made from a beetle.

Today on a shop mission in Warren County NJ I saw a mint looking Datsun B210 fastback. I saw front, rear, and left side. All the chrome glistened and no rust was apparent. It was in motion too. I have not seen another in any condition in at least 15 years.
Other than the red one that was in front of this dealership a couple of weeks ago, I haven’t seen a prowler in years....
Sighted on I-75 near Flint with manufacturer plates
It's the first one I've seen in person and the first time I've seen this color. It looks really nice and reminded me of Ford Grabber Blue. Mrs. ShawneeCreek wants one. I agree. Unfortunately we don't have that kind of free budget right now. Patience... Depreciation will work for us while we save money...
I think I win. Though I wish I got a better picture.
1961 Ferrari 250 GT California.
This was on the 101 near San Luis Obispo

That's the fun part about driving in southern Michigan.
Me, after driving a plebe C6 after a handful of C5s, I'm fascinated by the C6Z.

Sorry, that one is a replica. Note the MGB tail lamps. and the wheels are steel rimmed, wider, and smaller diameter. Original Ferrari 250 Californias had 16" aluminum Borranis.

I remember watching a video on Top Gear about these. I had completely forgot about them...
Bummer that the Ferrari is fake, but that makes a lot more sense then a cool $11 million rolling down a busy highway.
Didn't get pics, but I saw cars exactly like both of these on the way home today:
This probably makes me a nerd, but of the two, I'd take the NSX hands down.
EDIT: Also saw one of these finishing a pass at US 131 Motorsports park:
Not a unicorn, but:
An AMG at the drive thru window of a Little Sleazy’s. That’s gotta count for something.
