Thinking about selling my awesome JDM ride to buy a fiesta

So recently I have been trying to decide if I should sell my 1988 toyota soarer and pick up a new fiesta ST, the biggest issue right now is we only have space for two cars and our other car is a a grabber blue 2013 gt trackpack/recaro mustang that took my wife a year to find, so to say the least thats not going anyware. The biggest concern I have with DD the soarer is that i'm in Las Vegas (worst drivers I have every seen), body/glass parts are very hard to find and extremely expensive to import from Japan, and the car is starting to show here age (paint/interior) plus if I get rid of it I dought I will be able to get another. I purchased the soarer when I was stationed in Japan and brought it back with me, it took considerable tooking to find a good one when i lived there let alone finding another one later on in the states but If i do sell it 8k Maybe? 

So I guess what I'm looking for is thoughts, price points and general life advice lol

BBK-13" rotors/brembo F50 spec calipers (all bolt on Mercedes parts)

Driftmotion Sainless brake lines

KYB Gear climb shocks/Unknow springs (maybe eibach)

Plus since I imported it myself I have all the paperwork requred for it to be 49 state legal (bill of lading/EPA exemption/DOT paperwork/Japanses export title ect ect...)

Just to be sure, are you aware that '17 is the last year for the Fiesta?  This could either help you or hurt you. Help in that the Fiesta will likely take another knock in depreciation which is good if buying a used car. Hurt you if you want a specific option combination since you will have to find it on the used market. 

My opinion: The soarer is too cool/unique/unicorn to be used as a DD. If you love it and situation allows it just get yourself another cheap car to drive normally and keep your soarer

My perception of Vegas is a lot of long, flat, straight roads - not the ideal environment for a Fiesta ST. I'd be looking for a cruiser (i.e. your current Soarer).

Oh my lanta! keep the soarer. I have driven the Focus St, the Rs and Fiesta st on the track with insutruction clients. they are all cool and fun cars in their own way. BUT dude.... A soarer trumps a fiesta anytime. Just saying.

I agree. Turn up the boost on the soarer. It’ll make you smile way more.
