I'll give you $237.14 and a coupon for 20% off at Bed, Bath, & Beyond!
Honestly though, I have no idea. I have seen C5 Z06's as low as $15K and as high as $30K.

You know those things are fiberglass, right?

Right there. You just fixed the whole damn problem. No more paranoia. Beat me to it.

Look at the bottom picture I added. That happened a few days after I bought it. It's like some shiny happy person rubbed a door back and forth on the rubber trim there on purpose.

Yeah which means PDR can't help you if someone is careless with their door.
To answer the OP I would ask what the previous owner was asking for it. IIRC it was reasonable. You've had the Z06 for 8? 9 months? I don't think it has depreciated much in that time.
My brother just bought his immaculate 03 Z06 for $18.5k if that gives you a ballpark. Of course your value is largely dependent on the quality of gold chains and chest hair you are including in the sale of your car.

Hmmm...the gold chains and chest hair only go with C3 and C4 Corvettes. That's a hell of a deal for a Z06 if it has less than 100k miles.
What year is that sweet unit?
01s had quite a few issues that were addressed in 02. Oil consumption, and some of the 01-down electronics are getting rare, although not as bad as 97-99 C5s.

It's a 2002. 405 ache pee.
Black.... hmmm.
Is it true that a person will only ever one one black car?
Go rallycross it a few times...you might not be so worried about door dings after that.

Possibly, my Speed 3 was black.
I'll never own another black car.
Nice Z06 OP.
Yeah, I'm never going to own another black car. They look GOOOOOD for about half a day after you clean them.
I thought once you went black you never go back.

I bought a black 05 CTS-V. It was so sexy, but such a pain to keep sexy. Don't know if I'd buy another black car.

Hi George! Welcome to GRM madness. You've got to show them pics of your GT-R, and maybe some videos?

It seems odd to see George listed as a "new reader" when he's been an expert driver at the challenge for as long as I can remember.

When I was poking around for a C5 Z06 there were quite a few out there for $18k with mileage under 60k...

Yeah, being a long-time 'Vette nut @ heart--I have to put up w/ the stereotypes @ times.
No worries, my ZR is a badass machine w/ a 368ci World Challenge Black Motor (found it on the cheap in '00--needed some freshening, so made it a totally forged 368ci), w/ NOS.
Not the greatest choice for my SCCA activities, as it doesn't like to turn or brake very well. No worries, it'll go like hell in a straight line in street trim (11.0x @ 132+, and many timeslips to prove it), sounds wicked & has been my garage queen & Warhorse for 18 yrs.
Yeah, Jerry, as Joey stated, I have some history w/ the GRM crew--a WONDERFUL group of car-crazies, that I'm proud to be associated with
Sorry OP for the hijack... Back on topic!
I'll trade you a V5 C4 and a slightly cancerous 2002 Hyundai Elantra GT with 153k miles and a 1993 Honda CB750 Nighthawk for it!
