While browsing craigslist and losing all bloodflow to my legs over time I spotted a sub 5k crossfire.
As such, I wondered to myself if a 2.4 turbo and w158 swap would improve one immensely.
AND THEN, I had the same thought about a prowler and had to flee the bathroom before this mental journey went to places man was clearly not meant to go. Or at least men with thin wallets such as myself.

I think you might be my long lost brother. I consider the pain as the blood rushes back into my legs as my punishment for thinking such thoughts while on the E36 M3ter.

any decent performance engine in a Prowler is an upgrade, then do a bumper delete and it gets even better
bumper-deleted Prowler doesn't make me puke.
Don't forget to change the fenders when you delete the bumper
E: Although ideally the rear fenders would be made wider (for bigger tires) as well
