I put a set of sensors that came with a display to mount on the dash in a dude's set of race wheels. I had to mark each wheel so he knew where to put them when he swapped wheels. Seems like a good, cheap idea for a racecar.
OP, 38 psi won't hurt anything, hell, 40 won't even hurt.
