I am looking for some suggestions on how to store an abundance of tires out in the garage. My new place has a two car detached garage and I'd like to get my stacks of tires up off the floor and hanging somehow. I do have room above the cars to store in the rafters/attic but I'm not too excited about lugging heavy steelies up a ladder. I'm looking to store a range of tire sizes from small 14's up to light truck tires. What options do I have?

I built a 2 tier rack in one corner of my garage. It will hold 4 sets easily with a few extra if there are a lot of narrow tires. Just used a bunch of 2x4s I had laying around.

I built a ceiling mount above work benches with bed frame angle iron and 3/8 bolts.

There's a nice simple foldaway wall rack in the tech section. Check it out.

Here's mine....hutch rack with plywood top. Small ridge at the front to keep tires from rolling off. I put them up and take them down without needing a ladder (standard ceiling garage)
