Then you can use this harness to get the 7-way trailer brake connector setup: http://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/etrailer/ETBC7.html
Then just add a brake controller and you are done.

May I ask what is your fondness of providing information that wasn't asked for or isn't relevant to the discussion?
For instance a motor home? Nowhere to put one..........on top of, I don't want. The tow vehicle also serves as my DD......................and yes, I know you have multiple vehicles for multiple purposes but that doesn't work for me, so we all don't need to hear it............again.
A friend tow me? The whole point of having a truck is so I'm not dependent on someone else!
This should be the harness you need to get the 7 pin connector to the rear of your truck. With the commonality of modern vehicles, the rest of the harness (vehicle harness) is probably already there but with these instructions, you can check. E-trailer should have the brake controller jumper harness- which I use in my Pathfinder.

I would probably spring for the Nissan hitch so this fits well and tucks up to the bumper nicely..
Then you will need the relay under the hood to get power to the brake controller and you are done.
