Yes I've driven and ridden all 3. It's worth the trip. Two are twisty and one is an up and down rollercoaster ride. I lived in TX most of my life and that is a great part of the state. If you have time, take a tubing trip down the Frio river and visit Garner state park.
Went to HEB camp in Leakey twice, and out to Reagan Wells MANY times. Lots of good roads out that way.

This is me and a buddy driving there a few years ago, I'm in the white miata.
Traffic is typically pretty light. The roads essentially form a rectangle. If you're driving all 3 (and you should) I'd recommend getting gas in Leaky. Enthusiastic driving can drain the tank pretty quickly
