I like that the lineman is probably the drunkest one there, a kilt is considered safety equipment, and there is no way to steer any of these contraptions.

I have seen this before years ago, it was called shovel racing. The rider/pilot sat, stood, knelt, layed on a shovel that was powered in the most bizarre fashion (most by motorcycle engines)
