Hello.
I was interested in getting opinions on the wear pattern of this cam. It's in a Nissan KA24E I4 OHC with flat cam-following rocker arms, 177k miles.
The lobes look like this, except for that single divot in the first pic
What would cause just that single divot, and what would cause the brownish color?
