During college in the 70s, my buddy and I drove/abused a 69 Galaxie XL GT as a pharmacy delivery car in southwestern ohio. it really did drive like a boat. 4 speed, 390 4bbl with bucket seats. these cars were great
I use that syringe trick for filling fuel bowls too.

Peruse Youtube and subscribe to a few channels you see with videos that you like. I bet petrolicious would be right up your alley. The Drive network is good as well.
