Tired of fumbling with suction-cup mounts for GoPro cameras, radar detectors and other devices? Well, RoadSpy offers the Supermount, a sturdy mount that works with the rearview mirrors in select Porsches and Mazdas.
We decided to try one on our Porsche Cayman project car–see how it worked for us.
Many suction cups certainly can be finicky. Hope they come out with more mounts for other applications.
What would be amazing if they came out with a universal mount for those of us who don't drive the two cars they make this for (I'm not griping or complaining, just wishing!). I'm sure it is a matter of time and then something will be created. If the camera was completely or almost completely behind the rear view mirror, that would be cool too.
