I'm a water pump pulley and an exhaust manifold away from this being on the road. Right now I have a bit less than 400 in it on top of the engine - I feel pretty good about that. I'm sure it could have been done cheaper, but I don't usually do things on this strict of a budget.
Bryan, I have a 1.8 manifold that I welded on the outside and started to clean the inner welds on that I no longer have a need for if you need one. Make me an offer.
Cumberland is a long drive.

Part is at Deep Creek Lake, I live in Gaithersburg now. Could have it down here in a week or so.
I have other spares, but they wouldnt be available for a few weeks till I go up there next to dig through my boxes. I have a 1.8 with a bad crank nose sitting in the garage and assorted spares from replacing said motor. The spare water pump pulley wasnt in good shape as I recall. The mainfold/header is easy to have someone grab as its on my workbench up there.
Well, now I just have to find out whether or not someone is willing to make the run from College Park to Gaithersburg for me.
I would be able to have the part down here on easter weekend.
Oh yeah, theres an auto-x in frederick on april 21st with test and tune on the 22nd if you want to shake it loose.
