Just found these guys who make them for some more models, including the 4AGE (model TN-030)

Now I feel like a big stupid doofus because the engine is bolted together with a stock intake gasket instead, maybe this can save others from the same feeling. Figure I'll put one on with the ITBs later this year.
If it's any consolation, those gaskets make zero difference unless you also switch to stainless fasteners (which don't transfer heat very well), at which point they only make a marginally detectable difference.

yeah, but they look cool..
If you want... i'll take a quick trip down the street and let Outlaw know that you think he should make that gasket for you.
I cannot use one made by outlaw... because Indianapolis.
(EVERY time I go through Indianapolis something bad happens: exhaust falls off, car over heats, insane rainstorm that shuts the highways down, blow a tire etc.. the thought of bolting a little piece of that city to my car scares me)

What ITB adapter is that guy using? Custom?

it is suppose to be a "club4ag" ITB adapter... not sure what that means... he has had it for ages that all I know
Oh boy, another phenolic spacer thread...here we go.
(AFAIK some engines, particularly Nissan V6s, DO show huge gains from them...but for most it is a waste, even with the increased intake manifold voume)

Yup...it is custom. I bought it used years and years ago from someone who bought it from someone who made it out of chunk of aluminum. It is a little bit crude, but I couldn't beat the price.
Next time I need an ITB manifold for a 4A-G, I am going to make my own.
Time will soon tell how the birch plywood spacer works. I wanted to lengthen the runners a bit, try to minimize heat, and port-match the custom manifold to my ported head. Not sure how well it will insulate, but it was cheap, easy to work with, and fun to make.
Here is the custom manifold, sans throttles, with the finished spacer (now painted silver) mounted to the engine.
