Ok has anybody played with water transfer printing at home. I have a bunch of stuff I would love to paint or at least spruce up the look of and it seems cheap and easy.

30$ for a pint of activator and ~.005 cents a square inch in material means that I could do it reasonably easy.

Any good sites to order materials from. I already have all the spray guns, a huge tank, and safety gear.

Is that how you get cool printed stuff on uneven surfaces?

The powder coater I used for a project has stated doing water transfer printing/hydro printing. He also does ceramic coatings for headerss, etc. but also firearms. One day when I was there they were doing a motocycle tank with a skull print and another day they were doing a ceramic coated 12ga shotgun in camo. Have also seen them do ATV parts. Very cool process!
