I picked up a really nice little Gesswein sandblasting cabinet from a jewelry store. It's got small air lines and a tiny ceramic nozzle because it's designed for cleaning and etching soft metals. It's small and portable and is completely self contained with its own vacuum system. I bought a bigger regulator, lines and controls to send more air and sand through it. I still need to put it all together, but it should be perfect for smaller projects.
