The "Closest" car with a stick is the Challenger, being a shortened version of that platform. There are some companies that make conversion, But I would need to find my old pile of Car Craft. IIRC kieser(?) is one to look at.

What's the bolt pattern on that? Haven't looked around for an adapter, although I wouldn't doubt it's out there.

Sad, but true. One of the reasons I've been seriously considering a Challenger R/T is that you can get the V8+manual trans without paying through the nose for the SRT/GXP/etc. package. I like cars with manual transmissions, and I'd like car companies to keep making them. There's really only one way to get car companies to keep making manual trans cars...to buy them new when they offer them, as the percentage of people that buy new cars with a manual trans is getting smaller and smaller. Sad, but true.

I sure recall the V6 being available with a 5-spd, as it was on my short-list when new. That's not to say they actually ever built any though. The Magnum was apparently available with AWD, which I didn't realize until I was following one.
No Magnums, Chargers or 300C's were available with manual transmissions. The 5-speed is an automatic. The Challenger is available with a 6-speed manual, I think it's a variation of the T56.
Keisler developed a T56 kit for the LX cars. Mopar Action magazine had an article on it a few years ago. I don't remember of Hot Rod or Car Craft had an article or not. Isn't a cheap swap, but would make for a fun ride.
The Magnum, 300C & Charger were/are available with full time AWD, but I believe they have to have the 5.7 Hemi to get it.

www.fueleconomy.gov shows listing for the AWD Magnum with either a 3.5L V6 or a 5.7L V8. Seems that the Hemi was not required for AWD on the Magnum as stated above.
Magnum's are terrific looking cars, but are a let down in too many ways to be fixed by a transmission swap. If you haven't already, find one to drive in anger before investing too much time researching.

I was looking at a Magnum with AWD and a V6. Very tempting

I stand (or sit to be accurate) corrected. I've only seen 5.7 Hemi AWD LX's in these parts. Maybe that was just what the local dealers were stocking.
There's a new black Charger R/T sitting at a local dealer that catches my eye, but the price tag still keeps me away.

In reply to Rob_Mopar:
there are two Charger R/T's at my dealership now that are just to die for. One silver and one black. I think they may be the only car I thought about making love to. I have low standards
In Europe, Chrysler puts a 300 "nose" on the Magnum and sells it as a 300 "station wagon". It's available with a TURBO DIESEL or a V8, not sure if the diesel is a manual or not.
The 06 and 07 sxt 3.5 v6s and all years of R/T and SRT8 have 5 speed autos which can be shifted manually.
Wifey has an 07 sxt and i think I've used the autostick mode once. It really doesn't replicate a manual well at all. I like the magnum for what it is - comfy for long road trips and big inside for trips to the big orange store for house parts.
My DD is an 00 ZX2 s/r - what's left of it...
