That ZHP is a great choice, though fuel mileage isn't the best (low 20s for the commute). My son has a twin to that one and I loved driving it enough to buy the convertible version for my wife.. The E46 is comfortable enough for commuting in and the ZHP is very fun when you want it to be (basically as close to an E46 M3 sedan as you can get).

My friend also has a ZHP and he says he normally gets around 25mpg, which is about what my miata was getting, though it took regular and this will need premium.

We shall see how the M3 rear end affects fuel mileage as it is a different gear ratio.

I did call into the shop and one of the other guys said the passenger seat is fixed. That means head out from work soon, go to the bank and get a check, and I'll be heading down to VA tomorrow morning to pick it up.

Drove the ZHP to work this morning, already loving it! She's got pretty decent power, and the heated seats are wonderful.

Couple small things I need to look into are a whining/siren sound sometimes, possible brake squeal, and possibly a clunk in the rear, most of which I should be able to look at Friday when I take it for inspection and get it on the lift at the shop. Overall I am very happy with it though!
