He also told me he preferes to dive it in parking garages and tunnels because of the wonderfull sounds it makes.

Must not know how to drive it.

In reply to oldeskewltoy:

Wasn't his "living room" a garage with furniture?

I used to park my 66 Honda Superhawk in my living room and yes that was back when I was single.

When is someone going to post some pics of cars crashing into a building? I am very disapointed that no one has yet done that....

I have my mountainbike in my livingroom right now... does that count?

An interesting thread on the Ferrari garage here, with more information and a visit with the owner:

it gets interesting on page 4...

We currently have two mountain bikes and the coffee table composed of four Hoosiers with a road sign on top. This makes me think that putting my housemate's 70's Honda bike in the living room would give me a ton more garage space for winter wrenching.

Sure does!

My Trek was on the living room wall. When looking at it you couldn't see the stack(s) of auto-x wheels/tires behind you.

The bike is now mounted in another room; the wheels are either on a car or tucked away in the storage room.

i dont park anything in the living room, my wife puts up with all the stuff parked in the driveway enough that i do not bother the house trying to fit vehicles into it.

I have an 1800 square foot drive in basement with two garage doors in one end. I am slowly finishing it to be livable as a working man cave. Next winter I want to put a pellet stove in there. Being about 80% under ground I dont need A/C and minimal heat is required. Sink and toilet go in next month. I have an 80's vintage Kawasaki 500 ninja, a 66 chevy pick-up, a 79 Spitfire and space to service the dailys without moving any thing. Plus room for more cars. Its like an extra floor that I can do whatever I want to in, She Who Must Be Pleased can do what she wants to on the other two floors above. Does that count?

I guess that counts as your living room
