Both of the super-tilt levers to push the front seats all the way up in one fell swoop to let passengers into the back of my Focus ZX3 have been broken off by passengers' knees getting in or out. Seems like those could stand to be a bit more stout.
Actually, now that I think about it, it was the same passenger on both sides. Jerk.
The one month old Advance Auto alternator the night before I was to drive with my wife to Ottawa to skate the Rideau Canal. Luckily they had one in stock. I had to replace it at midnight as I had a hockey game to play that night. One hour and done. Stupid alternator.

The seat frame on my 03 Murano. Apparently, this is fairly common.
Now, I'm north of 2 bills but come on! You can't build a seat that will hold a healthy red blooded 'merican? I've owned several Nissans but this is my last.
Sagging headliner in my '98 e36 M3.
Drastic paint fail on '96 Dodge Ram ( Have you seen a red one in the past 10 years that hasn't been repainted that didn't look like a mangy dog?)
And wait, wait for it, big surprise here
missing pixels on the '98 e36 M3.
A lot of head liner complaints. Of all the broken parts on my unloved nasty ferrari, the headliner still looks brand new and I don't know how. Its leather and didn't get direct heat maybe?
The headliner in our Model A looks great, too.
Just last week I have 1.5 year old LCA bushings in the 'rolla that were cracked. I've decided I'm going to poly bushings now but I had to put some cheapo rubber ones back in there to get it driving again.
Valve cover gaskets and starters on my MX6.
I'm lucky if the valve cover gaskets last 5k miles before they start E36 M3ting oil everywhere again. Luckily i can change them in about 3 minutes now, and it's a whopping $7 part.
Starters are a little more annoying. I seem to nuke one about once every 8 months.
