I'll make a run this weekend and take a look at it. That would be appropriate on a trailer behind SanFord. That would also give me this year to get SanFord up to snuff and next year to build something interesting for the Challenge.

I also doubt the 4.6 would fit between the strut towers.Check Nashville area Craig's list. 1960 4door. Original owner. 40K original miles. $4,000 but it's been for sale a while....bet theyd come down
That's a pretty clean one. Thanks.
State Farm dropped off the Mustang this afternoon. This is the first I've seen it in person.
The passenger door was shoved approximately 23" toward the center of the car. The car is bent in the middle to the point that the drivers door has 3/4" of door gap. It's scrap. Even the dash isn't salvageable.
There is good news. I hooked up my jump box, reset the fuel cutoff switch, and it fired right up without a hiccup. The transmission shifts F-N-R with no issues and the car will move under it's own power. The only noticeable issues are it is noticeably towed out, probably close to 3/4", and the drive shaft is dragging on something.
A few pictures showing just how bent this thing is.
Now to find something to put it in.
Holy berkeleying E36 M3!!!
You and your family are truly blessed to still have momma.
Put that into a coffee table. A reminder of how lucky you are.
And melt some of the aluminum down into a pendant for her. Or some other piece of jewelry.

Yeah, there's a thread about that.
And it isn't just about the Mrs.

SanFord and Son.
My first thought was Factory Five Cobra. Not Challenge-able but isn't that what one does with a S197 parts car?
Even though you just posted buying something else, this thread came to mind as soon as I saw it listed
EDIT: link is dead already. 3 hours from post on CL, ~2 hours since I posted it. I also didn't realize you wanted the 4 door Falcon, this was a decent Galaxy.

The 4.6 is a bit wide for a falcon, but i bet you could get this down closer to $500
