I would say Quicksilver. The way he can speed up himself, it would let him see everything on the track as though he was walking instead of doing 150+mph. This could give him perfect reaction time to every situation.

Quicksilver or The Flash were my first thought because they don't just move super-fast, they think super-fast. Batman or Iron Man's money could make them the most successful race car driver hands down, but not the race car driver who's best at driving wink

Spider-Man would also be a good candidate. He thinks fast, probably faster than an ordinary human although not as fast as Quicksilver or The Flash, but his spidey-sense could alert him to problems before they happen. The practical difference between prediction and super-fast reaction is debatable though.

Flash.  Super speed, reflexes that could catch any kind of mistake well before it becomes a mistake.

There it is.  Though I immediately thought of Quicksilver, not Flash.

Quicksilver in fast mode can move through an explosion tweaking the ballistic course of every piece of shrapnel to make sure that it goes (or doesn't go) where he wants it to.

He could basically put a race car precisely where it needed to go, in exactly the correct attitude, any time he needed to for an entire race.

In reply to Duke :

And think of the cornering g's if he could get out and back in the car and adjust the cars angle and position with no one noticing.
