Congrats on getting this truck back home safe and sound. Looking forward to what comes next.
Hope the seller gets what's coming to them.
I haven't had time to sit down and write up a post organized with pictures, but I did get the chance to spend an evening at work looking over the truck. Here's a couple quick videos.

Truck looks like a nice survivor specimen.
Correct me if I am wrong, but would the provincial vehicle inspection not object to the holes in the rockers? (At least it looks like holes?)
First time I have seen a clear coat patina. Interesting.
The truck has been sitting!
As NOHOME guessed, it won't pass a safety inspection until the rust holes are fixed. So the plan is to let it sit until it's warm, then I'll tackle patching up the cab.
It will also need new front brakes before putting it on the road, so I have to decide if I'm refreshing the drums or converting to power disc brakes. It's a fairly expensive conversion it seems though.
