I scored a 400CCA powersport AGM for swapping a lead acid core. 400CCA is enough juice for a BP motor, but the terminal post aren't like others that I've previously dealt with.

That looks like a motorcycle battery. Standard motorcycle battery terminals (stainless or zinc bolts through the cable ends) should do it.
If you want conventional battery terminals I seem to recall Odyssey Battery sells the traditional round tapered lead alloy posts. They have a counter bored hole in the top for a socket head screw that screws into the tapped hole on the battery. There are also some others with a stud coming out the bottom with a hex at bottom of post for tightening.
