I saw an Eagle Premier at lunch today similar to below. I've only ever seen one before. I know it as a Renault 21, but I guess it was also a Dodge of some kind.

Those NUMMI Novas had a bit of a following on the used market because they were built like a Toyota but had Chevy resale value. For their time, they were a pretty decent econohatch.

No no no. If they had brought over the awesome Red Top 2.0L engine in GTE form, calling it 'LeMans' would have redeemed the sullying of the fine name by the American market. 
LeMans as a name should only be associated with sporty cars, not massive American land yachts!
Here's another one I'm not sure about. I know I've seen early XJ Cherokee's painted in Renault colors as rally support vehicles in the Group 4 and Group B days supporting the old Renault 5 Turbo and Turbo 2. What I don't know is if they sold a version overseas with Renault badges on or what it just company colors since they owned AMC at the time?

They even produced a version of this with the 4age engine. They called it the Nova SS.

A friend of mine was a mechanic at a GMC dealer back then. He told me how one time they got a new Sprint into the dealer, fresh off the truck, and it had an El Camino tailgate.
The mitsubishi willys wagon. Smaller scale than a US version, with a differnt front end.. but cool enough to include.
