Will NB Miata 14" rims with 185/60's fit on a 1995 Aspire?
I have a line on some cheap rims, just wanna know if they will fit. I can roll the fenders if necessary. They are a little bit wider than the 165/70's on it now, but looks like they should fit...opinions?
Miatas have pretty small center bores, something to check out as well. I know OEM 4x100 Miata wheels will not fit on Hondas without the center being machined out.
I just checked, and the Aspire has a 54.1 centerbore, and I also saw that Miata's have 54.06 centerbores...close enough for Dremel to fix it...
the thing I most need to know is backspacing... I am assuming Miata wheels (being RWD) would have less backspace than a FWD platform...I can't find any measurements on Aspire backspacing online, all I get is a table that says the backspacing is H...assuming it means High... maybe it is time to break out the ruler...
Miata backspacing is unusually FWD-ish. 45mm for stock NB wheels.

Technically yes the Miata wheels fit the Aspire. as well as EGT wheels the issue is the tires. You may need a 175/6514
