This is my last attempt to find these. SSR will custom make them for $600 but that's too rich and they are too heavy. Maybe one of you knows of a make that I haven't found. I'd consider 8.5 also. Offset around 30-40. Thanks.

Starion/Conquest with the special handling package (SHP) had 16x9" in 5x114.3 in the rear. Offset was 0mm though.
Or you can dual drill your hubs to 5x130 and have a plethora of options.... or have some other pattern wheels filled and redrilled.

Yup, 19 lbs. I asked him if he was sure and he said yes.
Man, you guys are quick!

Would this be for new wheels or older ones?

Some MKIV Supras had uber-wide 16" wheels with that pattern. 16x9 rear 16x8 front IIRC
I know the rear Z32 Turbo wheels are 16x8.5 in with that pattern as well. 35 offset.
I think both of these are around 19lbs though :(
If you a double drilling, I'd go 5x4.75" so you can use Camaro rims. I think 16x9's were pretty common.
I should have specified 15 lbs. max. I can do a 17x9 but really want keep the weight down, hence the 16s. I imagine I'll have to go with 16x8 RPF1s, which will reduce stock wheel weight by 28 lbs. Now, with Keiser 15x9s, at 10.5 lbs I could save 40 lbs. but guess the performance trade off might be a problem? (R888s) Sorry, rambling.
