Which iPhone Boroscope?

I have seen iPhone boroscopes mentioned here. Has anybody tried one yet?

My truck's engine is starting to make some expensive noises (maybe piston slap?) and needs some closer inspection.

Any recommendations?

I don't think the cheap ones work with iPhones, just Android. I got one but I needed to use a laptop.

The image quality on mine is OK, not great, but fine for seeing what you need to see.

I wish I could help I simply came here to write "Chlorophyll? More like borophyll!" I'll see myself out.

FWIW don't presume the head of the borescope will the spark plug hole. I was rather surprised the HF borescope didn't fit into the heads on the Corvette, and doing a quick search at that time it seemed like there were many others that were also too large, which surprised me.

I have no idea if that applies to cell-phone ones, but honestly I'd not want any of my automotive tools to be tied to whatever version of IOS is current.

I have been searching amazon and found a couple. I want one that is 10m and a ridged cable. The pickings are slim for iPhone.

Where abouts in CT do you live? I have a snap-on borescope. Over the border in western MA

It just occurred to me with ten meters I can use it fishing. Take a look at the bottom etc.
