Which car you'd likely find in a junkyard has a really powerful pump for windshield squirters? I'm working on a tailgater deterrent.

Volvo from the 00's that have the pop out headlight sprayers are killer. Get the pump, tubes and nozzles, because rubber hose won't do it.

berkeley tailgating.
Strong enough to blast brake fluid? Asking for a friend.
In reply to Appleseed :
Should your friend go this route, bear in mind the low pressure area at the back of the car will likely suck brake fluid mist back on the rear panel, which is very likely to make quite a mess of your friend's paint.
Best way to deter tailgaters is to ignore them. Seriously.
Spraying their car with brake fluid just makes you more of a duche than they are.

Drifting into the marbles helps back them off a little, but yeah - you hose someone behind you and now you have a blind tailgater.
Relax, fellas. Venting after Johnny bro dozer parked himself 3 feet off the Radio Flyer's bumper, blinding me with the ever present LED lightbars on full burn. Hard to ignore, and extra nervous due to the 14 month old cargo in the back seat.
Land Rovers. At least LR3/4 and Range Rovers, maybe others. They don't spray the liquid, its a solid stream with a ton of force. Doesn't work well as washer nozzles, but might be perfect for your situation.

That occurred to me after the incident was over. Hopefully I can remember if (when) it happens again.
Yeah, on a 2 lane road, if they are over the top, I'll either pull over or encourage them to pass.
Driving slightly under the speed limit. As they get closer, get slower. In traffic, brake about 15 to 20 percent harder than surrounding traffic. Vary your speed by 5-10 mph. Or as Keith said, a pass through the marbles works. All of these will encourage them to back off or get arround you. Which I choose depends on traffic and where I am.
I'm generally running 8 to 10 over the limit or I'm in the right lane so mostly I just let them sit there. I would bet that a fair number of them don't even realise what they are doing. They just picked you to be their speed regulator.
Mount a light bar on the roof of your car as a "back up light".........I might have known a "friend" who had a switchable Hella driving lamp as a back up light many years ago. The same car had a switch to disable the brake lights for various reasons.
Driving off line as Keith mentioned is something I always try to avoid, since that's where all of the road hazard debris accumulates.
I hate having to have tires repaired, I don't ever feel confident in them afterwards.

Tailgaters don't want to go faster, they just have no idea what a safe following distance is.

Unless they are behind you in the left lane.

When I went to the RXNC the year it was in Nebraska, I had to drive through Iowa. There was heavy truck traffic at one point, and we're all going the speed limit. I happened to be in the left lane because I was passing traffic before the left lane bogged down to the same speed. Dipwad truck driver is tailgating me at this point. Meh, whatever, I can't go faster or move over because it's a line of trucks.
By whatever miracle, traffic speeds up, something opens to the right, so I move over. Tailgater trucker guy keeps driving the exact same speed, gap in front of him widening, widening, huge line of people backed up behind him.
People who tailgate have no idea what a safe following distance is. They are not interested in driving faster.

This, life’s too short and there’s far too many irrational shiny happy people out and about these days. Driving a company vehicle with lettering and phone numbers on it helps too.
On the older XJ Cherokee's you could unplug the rear window washer and it would pee on the car behind you.

Believe me, I know. The left lane is for crime.
