Was wondering if you guys have thoughts on teh different brands out there? Joe's, Intercomp, Longacre, others? Already have an IR, but need a probe.
Prefer one with a memory. Otherwise, generally flexible.
Searched the forums, but surprized at the lack of discussion on this.
