Who do I contact to get my locked post deleted.

So I somehow screwed up a post in the cars for sale forum and it's locked.

How do I get it deleted.

You had two posted, I locked one of 'em to prevent any issues with someone responding to one and not the other.  Someone else will delete it soon enough (for whatever reason I can't delete, but I can lock)
