That would be me! And yes you read that right, 2013... ish. Bought it today, in fact.

It is 2013 because my wife and I found out that we are expecting our first child this year. That has placed a 12-18 month block on project / race car activities and expenses... go figure!

On the upside, we won't have any excuse for lack of planning and design. During the next few months, anyone want to offer up some advice for things that could be done which: 1. Does not cost money 2. Does not involve loud noises or toxic chemicals 3. Does not create an unnecessary amount of clutter and debris in the garage 4. Does not irritate my wife too much

My thoughts are: inventory of car and parts, minor restoration / assembly of pieces, selling of unneeded parts and pieces, create a part shopping list, and creating a build / work sheet to attempt (in vain) to get a list of all the work required to complete the car.

Thoughts?

Heck, I'm still trying to get my 2008 project done! I just finished pulling the engine from donor car for it, just need to do a auto to manual swap for trans and sort out a few electrical problems like cut and splice prior ''fixes''.

lol! well then in that case, the universals: strip it, make it handle, and see if the manufacturer made a performance version that you can snag goodies off of from a junkyard (i.e. neon acr parts -> better neon)
