Who wants to lend a hand?

The suspension bushings and tie rods are in sorry shape on both my MX6 and my Escort. (CLUNK CLUNK CLUNK POP CLUNK CLUNK)

I live in an apartment.

I got quoted $475 to do the job on the Escort.

Who is close that would lend a hand/space/experience for beer? I'm located in Indy.

Maineville, Ohio isnt that close to Indy (45039), But I have a garage that is typically open for the better part of Fridays during the day while Im there. It would have to be a job that can be completed during one day, as thats where both our cars go at night, but its yours if you want it!

Would you mind waiting until then to change them?

I'm not too close but would be willing to lend a hand and space, though I lack specific tie-rod and bushing experience.

I could definitely wait, i haven't even ordered the parts yet, to be honest. I may get off lucky with the MX6. Seems the bushings may be ok, i have to get back under it and do a good poking around. It'll still need tie rods for sure, though.

The Escort, i won't get off easy.

Delaware is a bit of a drive from Indy, but if all else fails you are welcome to come over.

I live in Fishers. You would need a soccer mom approved pass before you drove here though.

I will definitely keep you in mind when i go to town on the Celica, i appreciate it Steve! I'm running close to the wire on the MX6 right now, it's not even fired yet, and it's entered in a show May 1st, and a competition May 7-8th.

Bring it up here, I have tools, power, air and a little room left...lol
