The podcast featuring my talk with Bob Hall is up: http://grassrootsmotorsports.com/podcast/
(And yes, it starts with Nissan and some truckish stuff--don't worry, the Bob Hall stuff is totally worth it.)

Just FYI, clicking on the podcast logo from the link you provided doesn't get you to the podcast.
Thanks. Link fixed: http://grassrootsmotorsports.com/podcast/
I get them from iTunes, so you can always subscribe that way.

Cool. A while back my brother turned me on to Mike and Tom Eat Snacks. That's what got me hooked.
Glad you're enjoying the podcast thing.
Ooooo! Me! I do! I do!
Er, "Podcast?" What's a podcast? Can't you just type up a transcript and print it in the magazine?
I might like a transcript just for speed of consumption. I have a big backlog to listen to due to the time commitment required.
I'll listen later.... but it did it involve a focus group of petite secretaries and homosexuals choosing the features they would like in their ideal car?

I believe that we should recognize brilliance here, and that, good sir, is brilliant!

GPS, Listen here you upstate hick, I am offended by that remark. May diesel prices hit 5 bucks a gallon and may your son grow up to drive a miata with an automatic transmission and ask you for help repairing it every weekend in your old age.
Nah, a true curse on a car guy is may your son grow up to drive an appliance and refuse all offers of your help, instead taking it to chain mechanics....

Yeah, totally. Let's get back to talking about cars.
Listen to Bob's story. It's more than the creation of a sports car. It's a look inside a real car company. You know, I never thought how tough it was to create a new model line. Now I see get how the process works.
You honestly thought you wouldn't get any sarcastic posts with a topic like this?
Is this your first day on the forum?

For those of us Miata owners who enjoy the features requested by this demographic ,the Bob Hall segment starts around 25 minutes (I jumped around but this seems to be where it starts) and goes to the end.
