I want this in the worst way. I'm in the midst of a '72 Nova restoration so I don't have the space/time for this. But I do know a guy that has a warehouse...

Looks a little pricey to me. My buddy just sold a really nice TR6 'project' that was a lot less janky for 20% less than that. LBCs don't seem to be in a sweet place in the market right now. "Shoulda bought an aircooled 911."

That would be a nice car with the 6 cylinder. Does not look to be suffering from the tin-worm too bad.

Figure if you can buy it and drive it without doing any bodywork, it is a great deal. If you have to do body and/or paint, you will be upside down right away.

British car projects in today's market are more valuable as scrap metal.

I wouldn't give more than $750 for that. That's not a '73. Its a mk3. Last year for the mk3 was 1970.

The ask price is crack pipe. A Mk 3 in nice driver shape isn't worth enough to make a $3k project car make any sense.

According to NADA the MK 3 was available in '73. Last year.

NADA is wrong, that is a Mk4 in the ad. Mk3 has very different bumpers, available through '70.
