It never did before...
Have you been hittin' the ether?
Actually, those don't look half bad when done up. For instance, this one looks fantastic
I had a buddy in college that had an X back in the '80s. It was a mediocre POS, but it was as good as a Citation was ever gonna look.
Like the Vega, it is a clean, simple design. I like them -- although they could use more wheel and tire, and less ride height.
Well hang on... are these RWD and easily V8 swappable?
Because i'm starting to feel ill as well, and wouldn't mind giving it about the same treatment that this Maverick got. I could easily see how this could turn into a badass little hoon machine.
"Why Does This Look Halfway Cool To Me?"
are you driving the bimmer vert with the top down and no hat on....you know sun stroke is dangerous
because escalades are hideous. . . . oh wait we were talking about citations??
all I know is that maverick turns me on
please note my avatar, better pics to be posted later.
V8 swaps can (and have) been done. Start with a V8 Fiero kit and mod from there.

As though you actually need all the bolts!
Unnecessary photos of me showing off... One lap of America 2003
Most photos were too small to post, no digi-cam for me back then!
Watkins Glen Paddock day 1
Road America day 3. Yes we ran in that fog!
Hallet day 4
I love me some 80s FWD but ive never been attracted to that car. I just helped a friend of mine send his to the scrapper. They're sort of neat but i'd much rather have an 86 z24 hatch or even an 87-88 cimarron with the same motor, let alone any of the other 80s fwd stuff ive actually gone for. I just bought 2 Shelby Lancers a couple days ago.
