Long story short is the Explorer needs some TLC with some new tires and wheels for the upcoming HRDW shenanigans. Originally I had planned to find some 18x10-10.5 with 22-30 of positive offset with some drag radials... Outside of Summit/Jegs, forget about trying to find anything and that includes the local shops. Did everyone forget how to program a database or did overbearing lawyers drive it all away?

I know that M14x1.5 is the new oddball lug stud size, but did everyone forget to make lug nuts in something other than acorns? I mean I need long shank cragar style mags for a set of wheels I own... $24 for a pack of 4 and 4 phone calls later I have 4 of them.

WTF or am I just an old hoarder?

I had a tough time finding OEM style M12x1.5 acorn style lug nuts for a Honda recently. Cone shaped tuner lugs were everywhere. I had to buy Chinese ones "designed in America".

I've had good experiences with Otis Inc LA (otisincla.com) for weird lug nuts. Good selection and I appreciated that they list the ball radius.

Lug Nut Guys  Several of the YouTubers I watch swear by them, not at them.
