I'm currently working on my days off at the Vair Shop just to make some extra cash. There are always interesting cars as soon as I walk in the door. I figured I would show you some of those cars. I'm going to update every once in a while.
My project for the day - '79 LeCar
Bosses new Yugo GVPlus
'55 T-Bird with power steering problems
Lotus Eclat waiting to be shipped overseas.
And the prize of the day. The 1955 GM Motorama LeSalle II Sedan Concept.

I don't suppose there are tons of those windshields laying around, eh?
The windows are plastic, so one can be made.

That buick windshield almost looks like a '59 caddy.

Man, that's an eclectic bunch of cool cars in one spot. Looks like a fun place to work.

Wouldn't be too much like work... it's a toy store
Is this Larry Claypool's Vair Shop?
Many thanks for shipping the Eclat overseas. Even if it only gets half way...

Yes it is. I have worked for Larry for several years. I worked for him full time a long time ago and now I work on my days off around the Christmas season and into the winter.

Until you start working on the French stuff.
Update
'61 Pontiac Tempest. Had to replace the front seal of the Transaxle, meaning that the torque tube had to come out.
2-speed powerglide. The same but not the same as a Corvair transaxle.
194 C.I. 4-Cylinder. (Basically a 389 cut in half)
'70 Subaru 360. Replaced the front brakes. Needed a vacuum solenoid changed on the gas tank.
None currently for sale unless he decides to get rid of his yellow winter beater
