Any one notice that? I truly expect my Z31T to blow up at any time, yet it takes abuse like a true hooker.

In 4 months ive done 6 drift events, 2 drag race test/tunes, and one track day at nelson ledges. The first 5 drift events it ran really hot because some idiot put a shriocco radiator in it. Ive pegged the stock temp gauge, over boosted it for super short periods of time. and beat the hail out of it constantly. I expect it to break, and it doesn't.

I'm buying a maxima VG for a spare soon any way. Still wont care, just preparing. I like this whole IDGAF= totally reliable thing.

it'll start breaking stuff as soon as you spend a lot of money to install some stronger parts..

My old z31, while NA, was abused mercilessly (for instance, starting on a 40 degree day, and redline shifting it all the way to school from cold). I had it from 16 to 19 and put between 70-80k miles on it. Sold it with 160k, still didn't leak/burn oil or anything.

while not a nissan.. I have found that leaving something broken all the time.. keeps the gremlins happy

Better keep it that way too... 'cause the moment you have slightest twinge of concern, it'll freaking frag faster than a newbie playing Halo.
