No title means not a rally car.
Yup, rally cars are street legal, this is a rallyX car at best, and sounds like a misguided build. Note how they never mention which class they intend to run it in.
Lol I am really not sure. The guy selling it did almost none of the build himself which would at least explain why he has no idea what class it was going to be in. He actually doesn't know what suspension is on the car whether it's stock or not.

In addition to that, what else can I ask for pics of etc, he lives a long ass way away so going to look at the car isn't something I want to do twice. Would this be something worth 500$? If it has a salvage title?
