I was thinking maybe half a flat, but yeah, certainly not much. That wheel is off center by a tiny amount. Definitely a driveway fix - OP will have the result he wants in less time than it takes to get back to the shop and lobby for perfection (they will consider OCD a tedious burden, not a cute personality quirk).
Spandek, you say you tested for drift on a "flat road" - how flat is flat? Roads here in western Oregon are heavily crowned to shed rain, and I know LA isn't famous for its heavy rainfall, but I'd be willing to bet there is more road crown than you realize. The car might drive differently in the left lane of a one-way street than in the right lane because road crown is pulling it left rather than right. Worth a try just to be sure, anyway.
If this thing has 186K on it and the calipers are sticking, then we're barking up the wrong tree anyway. Just a thought, something else to rule out when the mood strikes.
