Looks like the headers are bolted to the body/frame.
If the motor is real, it might be a custom build. Based on what the body looks like, I kind of doubt it.

I tend to agree with you guys now that I'm looking at the pictures closer. (Though I took the pictures, I didn't get too close to the car since it wasn't mine.) The giveaway for me is that the headers are welded onto the "block", so there is certainly some deception going on.
