I'm divided. I think it could be a cool highlight, but it could also be too busy.
My instinct is always toward "less is more", so I ambiguously say leave it black.
I will say I was confused about what model Cadillac that is.

I actually paperclipped some of the vinyl to the lower pieces and quickly decided that was too much

I'm going to go against the hive and say the seats and door panels need black stitching.
Also black but I would consider tartan if I had the material laying around.
