Are you still running the oem ignition switch. If not try it with it wired in.

Strange thing happened...

Had the ECU tested and on this guys bike it fired right up.  Brought it home and plugged it back in... nothing.

Talking to the guy at the shop and we agreed that things were pointing at the crank sensor.  Put my meter on the sensor lines and got an AC voltage (as expected)... still no fire.

Then, last night, I charged the battery in preparation for troubleshooting.  After charging, I decided to hit the button and..... SPARK!  Put the plug back in, coil back on, fuel in the tank and it starts right up.

The only thing I can figure is that I was tugging on the sensor wires where they go into the engine.
