So this popped up locally and seller says it's good to ride around the neighborhood as it sits and has been used for such. Seems like it might be a rebadged Elgin from what I can find. Anyone know what it's worth and anything to look out for? Looks like handlebars have been replaced, modern kickstand added, and chain gard missing. Original seat, 1 fender, and stand included.
