That is a unique instrument pod!
I think I've seen one at the Barber Museum. Very... hefty looking.
Did you buy it, or is this just a picture of a bike?
Note that the round gauge cluster matched the shape of the taillight. The RE5 was roughly the same size and heft of the GT750 water cooled triple. I believe they shared some parts (forks, fenders, wheels, etc.) Unfortunately they didn't have any real performance advantage over the GT750 and were more expensive, so they didn't sell well.
