Yeah. I just realized it's freaking JUNE. Can you believe it? After getting a record setting early start on our Challenger, I've really stalled out over the last couple months. I was being really good and working an hour or two every night, but I think I've already reached that point where I hate the car.

So: I've pretty much got one full working-on-the-car day per weekend X 16 weekends before the Challenge = 16 days.

I know it'll get done. It always does. I just don't know why the berkeley I do this to myself.

Judging by the last few years....

for our entertainment

That reminds me, I owe you money. I'll handle that when I get home.

Oh no. I didn't mean it that way. What I meant was, I don't know why we (me & wayne chiefly) put ourselves in the situation where we have to thrash to get it "done." Had we not sat with our fingers up our asses for 51 weeks last year, we probably could've had the s00p3rturd running at 100% instead of 85. Dumbasses.

And yeah. Don't make me go all stewie griffin ondatass. That's a bottle of whiskey and 2 packs of smokes!

I'm pretty new to the challenge, but I did the same thing last year. My Shadow locked the right rear every time Barry touched the brakes and I had the boost control all screwed up, so it was frying the tires out of every corner. I knew both were issues, but I waited to get the car to even run and then ran out of time before heading to FL.

I'm better this year, but I'm not as far along as I thought I'd be.

Are you bringing the shadow back? That was one of my favorite cars there.

PS: I had a wheel cylinder go bad in my 88 ES while delivering pizzas in G-ville. Nothing like having the rear spontaneously lock-up while cruising @ 60MPH.

Thanks...if I finish giving it the loving it deserves and I don't blow it up before hand, it should be back. It's running well, but that motor is a ticking timebomb! Keeps it exciting!
