Short story short:
Bought a nice bedroom set of CL. Has what I'll describe as "my grandma's" style of pulls attached to it, but the price was too good to pass up (new furniture is mind-bogglingly expensive!), and I figured I'd just do a GRM-style fix and swap them out for something simple and black.
However, the holes to mount these things are 2" center to center. I cannot find anything to fit said holes, other than similarly styled "antique" pulls that look just like the ones I'm trying to get rid of.
Am I doomed to redrill a bunch of holes or use knobs?

Try Outwater, I bet they would have what you're looking for.
Another good bet would be Häfele, they have a lot of specialty furniture hardware as well.
Myknobs.com
I have visited their showroom and the amount of knobs that exist is truly mindboggling.
I built a set of plates out of brushed aluminum and used a newer set of black looped handles on a recent cabinet project. It was an industrial project so the design was right, but I can see using ornate wood or brass plates to do the same thing.
Oooo, now i can re measure the spacing on the dresser i picked up for my fiance. I hade to swap out to knobs.

That sounds like somthing that would be blocked from the work computer.
If all else fails, backing plates will cover the unwanted holes and you can put whatever you like on.
Here in KC, we have a "locks and pulls" place that either has or can get any kind of pull imaginable. Might want to see if you have something like that around you. Or go online.
Meh, just tie a knot in some rope and run it through the holes and make another knot.

Upgraded a dresser in the same way and just replaced the pulls. I used one original hole, puttied the other one and drilled the 2nd. It was pretty easy once I made a template
I was hoping to avoid having to buy a drill.
But it seems that all the 2" pulls at that myknobs (snicker) website are at least $7! I'm not spending $105 dollars on stupid handles for a stupid dresser!
It's drillin' time.
