The Quadrasteer thread made me wonder what other 4WS cars I had forgotten about. So let's do a hotlink list shall we?
Quadrasteer
Prelude 4WS
Dodge Stealth R/T
(IIRC, twin turbo, 4WD, 4WD, Active Aero, Tunable exhaust...I still want one)
Nissan Super HICAS
Bigfoot
What am I forgetting?

Add ECS (electronically controllable suspension) to your list of acronyms. It's a tech dream/nightmare and I still miss mine. I'm just scared to have another one at this point.

Pierce Fire Truck:
I couldn't find any reference on their website of which model and if they still make it, but they did at one point. It could crab walk up to 25 mph, IIRC.
^ That's 6 or 10 wheel steering, depending on how you look at it.
Some container trailers have steerable rear wheels that are remote-controlled by a chase vehicle
Many of the vehicles mentioned above have "passive 4WS" which is basically bushings or other flexible components designed to flex in a way that steers the rear of the car under body roll - basically a large amount of rear bump steer with a purpose.
And yeah all but the earliest monster trucks are 4WS.
I'm not sure what the manufacturer was, but there was a charter bus with rear wheel steer.
I remember my father telling me about an early,(very early) 4ws truck that got alongside of a loading ramp and couldn't get away.
Tiller ladder:
Not only front and rear steer but uses two drivers. Yeah, that's gotta be like a Chinese fire drill during training.
Can't believe no one has mentioned these...
He bought a tiller ladder? Lots of stuff can be repurposed, but one of those?

In reply to Curmudgeon:
Believe it or not, he sold it for twice what he paid for it. The guy that bought it was going to convert it to a mobile cell tower. Apparently they set them up in remote locations with a satellite up link.

Most 45 ft MCIs have them. They allow the wheels to turn up to about 25 mph to help reduce tire wear
Passive rear steer built into a dirt late model
Porsche is developing a system for the new 991 Turbo.
2013 Lexus GS 350 F Sport has 4ws with an electric rack in the front and the rear.
The FC RX-7 had passive rear steer.
